spoken to MS staff, the lake will be cleaned (of cz buyer paying for it! )
Nothing much can do about the HTC, but they said is within safe distance. Most important is the "lifestyle" factor that MS will focus for this dev, imagine walking down in the "cleaned" lake with your kids... the USP is the LAKE, and FOC HTC of course... |

the developer own cost to beautify of course (subsequent maintainance will be by the Jabatan Longkang of course)
