mind sharing how much you bought it for?
if for own stay, wouldn't the freehold carrot be more tempting instead?

now has better rebates it seems. i'm one of those who intend for own stay, but still very worry on the incenerator approval. if bought this and then later really build it, then it will be smelly and unhealthy.

for that reason, i'm holding back

Look like the incinerator is on. There will be a re-tendering exercise as per the latest Edge paper. hmm.gif

Whatever reasons they give, it is not proper to build it within highly populated areas. No matter how great is the technology used, there is potential risks and long term impacts to human being . Why don't they stay next to the incinerator and enjoy the fresh air everyday ?

I was told that incinerator doesn't result in bad smell. Particles produced could be a concern but they are saying it's safe...no maybe it's really safe.

Incinerator may reduce the occasional smell we get from the existing dump site right now.

No clear cut answer..purely judgmental

When its new, it will be safe... important they have to continue to maintain it... most of the time, it becomes hazardous and harmful (not only to human, to the environment as well) when they take short cuts and reduce cost on the maintenance upkeep...
Initially thought wanna get it for own stay... now not too sure already... **dilemma**

since i intended for own stay, initially i book the north view bigger unit with extra maid room (facing the direction of the incinerator), i changed to a cheaper unit facing facilities) but parking moved from 1st floor to 7th floor, lol
