Both also got MRT Station, Kiara East to S9 Kampung Batu MRT Station 900m, Lakeville to S8 Sri Delima 1200m...

Access, convenience stores, mamak, kopitiam at downstairs, Kiara East win hands down..

Let see how mahsing to take tis opportunities to sell their blok c and d... dont be surprise they will build the walk way toward MRT... i guess guess only...

Kiara East does not need to go thru the elevated roundabout (which has traffic congestion issue during peak hours) when compared to Lakeville and EcoSky.

Interested then buy loh... If not then go buy other project loh... free will one ma.. no one force u to buy... every project got pro n con... no 100% perfect de... so give n take on your own requirements, whether its for own stay or investment... u make your own decision... yawn.gif)
