Soils are used for leveling. Are they stopping the gold transfer program? What about those gold at bottom tiers?

I hope they dont just bury the gold like that. As of now, one can see they are building the showhouse near to the inner road of Taman Wahyu. Soil is used for levelling adjacent area near the showhouse. BUT, the area near the ponds are still swamped with several floors height of 916 gold.....
