just went to the show unit, overall quite good except it's just situated in the middle of those pusat perdagangan shoplots :S and quite near to High voltage cables too... sales person told me 500m away, i dont think so lo...

Ya, slow due to its location.

As most of us predicted 1q 2014 property
market is slow in many recently
launched project everywhere.

However after the 1q, hopefully
will picked up. But all the delay
launched project
Will come out at the same. Apr- may
2014 will be interesting months:

project no worries. Serdang people
buy property like buying vegetables,
Haha, just joking: The uncles and
Aunties are more more update now,

The whole area is not so appealing. Many mechanic/tayar/ketuk shop, and also every monday pasar malam. High tension cable too. Olive Hill have been hanging since dunno how long. Further inside the business park also have many unoccupied units (behind the hup soon pork shop).
If you want to go new village shortcut to TPM or Serdang Raya, be prepared to go pass 20-30 speedbumps each way (return x2 haha...)
Only good thing is food thumbup.gif

Ya i also hope this project can bring up the area but judging from the current situation vs 3-5 years ago, nothing much have changed.
Appreciation have been good for Serdang residential properties over the past 5 years because entry point circa 2007-2009 was still quite low, some more freehold.
IMHO, 400psf is pushing the limit already for Serdang area. Subsale transactions in nearby Aman Heights also havent reach 400psf with partly furnished unit..

Personally feel that the pricing at this location should provide partial furnish instead of bare unit.
