just went to the show unit, overall quite good except it's just situated in the middle of those pusat perdagangan shoplots :S and quite near to High voltage cables too... sales person told me 500m away, i dont think so lo...

Not too near. I went to Sunway Perdana (at Kota Dsara), immediate HTC and permanent electricity generator, but the townhouse residents still live happily ever after. Conclusion, SK One is still a fine piece of property in KL region to invest. Not many reputable developer willing to sell at such entry price. Near upcoming MEX is a plus point. One more, Serdang is a Chinese dominant community, buying power is there... btw where's the MAX connection huh? equine? |
