What is the status of SK one? Fully booked?

Today my friend is passby there and see many ppl is take q to register and booking for it. Make traffic heavy jam this morning.

in terms of location (only location), Univ 360 is much much better.

Reason : Univ 360 can reach Sg Besi Toll or Astro within <10mins

I book a unit today. Heard others comment the heavy traffic there? Does it very serious?

ya, narrow road. especially the road to public bank there.. heading taman unversity indah or south city and mines.
papan houses and papan shops banyak. but plenty good chinese eatery around.
last time some papan restaurant even sell 3 6 meat around that area.
not sure now still have or not.

Heard my fren who booked said the same the lcly sales..in the end booked with a malay lady sales..more polite although seems quite new in property..

I think the traffic there is still ok, unless you are staying in Taman universiti Indah or Equine park heading to Public Bank/Jalan Besar area. If not mistaken, an exit to MEX highway will be constructed near Equine Park area within 5 years?

traffic no problem if you know the village road. Most buyers are chinese local.
The price is slightly higher compared to Aman Height. Location wise, this is the best and last piece of land in this strategic area.
