last sat to submit some documents. For block A, left around 5unit re-open due to loan rejection. ask the staffs, they said quite a lot get loan offer liao

i have check the staff too, the shoplot is no open for sales. fully managed by pavilion management office. if got go showroom see the block model, they have show the future shop available...i saw a japanese restaurant, yummy..haha

dear all, just wan to double check something.

most of us buy property with the favour of mortgage loan...

when no DIBS, during the construction and progressive billing...
when developer billing to bank claim the payment, the payment is subject to GST or not?

if subject to GST? who the one going to bear it?
developer? bank? buyer like us?

but now surround shop lot is look reviving...

got little star, affin bank, black horse, ikan bakar, shabu shabu, ah lek, yong tau fu etc...
i believe the situation is getting better...

these old shoplot rental is lower compare new shoplot like the one near equine park public bank...

hence, more will prefer to open here...
