Not 2 sure on SPA, i just ask d sales personnel year of completion..acc 2 them, extra time needed 4 proper hill cutting.record breaking time? The price can be considered premium in Wangsa Maju:
- Location: the proximity to LRT Sri Rampai and wangsa walk very close. - They offer high end quality material I have a chance to visit their last project in MK (Kiara 9), the quality considered excellent. No wonder the price is on high side...marble floor everywhere. The facility provided also premium... The one that interested me, unit D comes with private lifts (2 lift). - Partially furnished: Wardrobes, kitchen sets, water heater, air con. - Facility for family. To me you got what you've paid... |
