I heard the same thing...not sure whether is reliable or not...price from rm600-rm700psf, launch will be soon but only one block limited units abt 60 and size from 1,300 - 1,700...smaller units only for privilege customers,who are they...I've no idea...if there is any.
Heard also a lot of people have their eye on this project...if really interested you better monitor closely, once news out is launching.. quick quick go book otherwise wait for the next block, sure price increase wan.

I think SG and Irama cannot compete with  Mitrajaya.

Heard not cheap........the ones open for sales are big units fr 1600sf and price fr rm1.2 mil before discount, the smaller reserve units above rm800k

Wangsa9 is only selling the bigger units now. So for those who wants smaller unit need to fork out budget to buy the big unit as well. For me be it for investment or own stay one could not even get the chance to buy the small unit thus the argument on whether it is near lrt or mall is pointless..

Went through the specifications of Wangsa 9 and Irama already. It's like comparing BMW 5 series to Toyota Camry.
