SG maybe, but not Irama. Out of 9acre of land Beneton uses 5acre for landscaping n facilities. Furthermore, Beneton is surely more reputable than Mitrajaya cool2.gif

To me, generally it is at the same location as a whole. No win or lose. Some families prefer a more quiet n with high privacy (Irama), some families prefer walking distance to the mall/amenities (wangsa 9).

I like it mainly because it is located at the more quiet zone, yet can reach all the amenities within 5 min drive. Just yourself, why Irama din provide rebate or any special package compared to other new projects?

It's walking distance if u don't mind to walk for 15 min to Sri Rampai station. I don't walk to LRT station as I got car. N if I wanna rent out, I only welcome working adults. other words, Irama has its own attractiveness, I like the quietness n it's unique facilities. Those white collar professionals who dun wish to stay with the students, n need a quiet place to relax n jogging up to the tree house n hilltop pavilion, then Irama is the only place in Wangsa Maju for them.
