Price still remain...depends on the unit size, if 1003sf, d net price around 750-850 psf. For bigger unit it could be around 650 - 750.

Yup u r right.. d show unit is very important but somehow might b ready only in 5 to 6 months time..they want d real unit 2b d show unit.

Not 2 sure on SPA, i just ask d sales personnel year of completion..acc 2 them, extra time needed 4 proper hill cutting.

I just checked w developer...constrcution period as per SPA is 54 months (calculating from 1st SPA in sep 14)....show unit ll be at level 8, Block C.

Yup d price is on d high side...what i heard they ll increase d price soon...generally block B 10% pricier thn C..i believe it will b 10% higher also when they launch blok A.

Fyi, the already revised up block C price sometime in may last year.

Hope this ll make a good comparison..kiara 9 quite expensive, but they r freehold..mitrajaya promises 2 do it better for wangsa9.

Exactly even mf for kiara 9 still remain at 30 sen till.now...when i asked how they managed 2 sustain low mf, they said they build some storage areas that can be rented out 2 external.parties.

U might b right..factor in d mf inside selling price...like selling car, 5 year warranty or free service but actually.all d costs already built in d car price;-)
