Guys, I cannot open my waze app. Uninstalled and cleared data also cannot. Any solution?

Wanted to go and try also cause I kinda don't believe them sometimes. One person say different story, another person say something else. Worst service ever. just play with HTC One last few days, it is sturdy as hell like all other people saying but easily get warm. Maybe due to the aluminium chassis.
