guys i managed to unlock my htc one's bootloader, and manage to use fastboot to push the twrp recovery into my phone, but i just can't seems to boot into recovery mode. anyone facing this problem?

uncle i used goomanager to flash the latest twrp, but my phone still cant get into recovery~!

btw sifus, wanna ask

do i still need to flash superSU if i flash a custom rom in order to gain root access?

yeah i saw the message successfully installed recovery. ive check on xda about this problem, apparently some people having this problem too. instaed of booting into recovery their phone will just boot back into the rom. some say have to fastboot erase cache which ive done like 5 times, but still cant boot into recovery 

try cwm instead?

About 1 hour checking, testing here and there, my final thought is "this is a beauty". I remember while i was having my old Htc HD2, this is what i imagine and hoping what htc phone will be in future. It is really the essence of HTC at an almost perfect manner (well, still some improvement needed in finishing parts especially at the side bezel, and also camera can be higher mp, well we know htc reserve for next phone). Glad that i chosen this over S4. And hey, i doesn't feel like wanna root and use custom rom at the moment. Liking the htc sense, its just very nice, i did not wish for more at the moment. I think this has totally surpassed iphone 5... Although i need to get use to the heightened keyboard lay out, miss type many times, lol.. i will keep my ipad for the ios needs (as a mac user, having ios device do bring sone benefits), but for a phone, One is the one. Glad with my purchase.

(I know i'm a slowpoke, but just expressing my toughts) lol

Just wondering for HTC Warranty in Malaysia. If I'm rooted and unlocked bootloader, if any hardware failure where obviously not caused by custom rom. Do the warranty still cover? Or any unlocked bootloader device will automatically means void warranty?

Cause I read from htcdev, it wrote "May void warranty" and read from xda, apprantly in US, if the hardware failure does not cause by unlocking bootloader they still help you to fix it. So, i wonder is it the same in Malaysia.
