Hi guys,
Wanted to know a few stuffs: a) Aircond auto mode, is it always preset at taking air from outside instead of internal circulation? Can reset? b) I saw the guide for Speednavi to papago. Papago better? c) Why do we need to deactivate the defogging function? d) What is the purpose of the air-cond insulator? A must? Lastly, e) Do you think I should install a VS? Thanks and appreciate all your opinions. Cheers |

QUOTE(Maxsimax @ Jul 8 2013, 11:06 AM) Hi guys, a) No. It depends on the temperature difference between outside temperature & your temperature setting. If the AC system detected that the temperature difference is huge enough, the internal air circulation mode will be selected to cool down the cabin faster (to achieve the set temperature). Else, the other way round. At anytime u like, u can set the air circulation mode by pressing its associate button manually. So, as long as u did not press the "AUTO" button after that, that settings should remain.Wanted to know a few stuffs: a) Aircond auto mode, is it always preset at taking air from outside instead of internal circulation? Else, car manufacturer will insulate it straight from the factory. e) Up to you to decide. Please do some reading regarding VS. Some say got no effect, some say otherwise. Sounds like pricey for a scuffplate. I dont know about its quality or design (the one that u saw on the website), but if i'm not mistaken, the cost is less than RM200 last time (not including installation), but this one maybe are not the same design or quality as the one u saw. This post has been edited by izputra: Jul 8 2013, 12:09 PM |

Since that the scuffplate requires power to illuminate the LED, u need to tap the power from cable/wire underneath. So in this case i believe that the electrical warranty will be void. I suggest u not to install the scuffplate until the warranty is over. Wrong wire tap, might introduce weird behavior of the car as one of the Fortezens faced before when installing the scuffplate.Unless u install this at Naza place, the warranty should remain.
