Is the Nexus 7c (2012) 32GB version with HSPA+ mobile data at rm799 worth to buy, compare to the latest N7 at rm1229?

last week i went to ASUS shop in Midvalley i cannot find it.

it is good price for new n sealed set.....just bought one set from HK, 32GB 3g version is ar RM860 with a lot of free gifts thumbup.gif

RM799 is not bad at all. I have both models - the only noticeable different is the much better screen and slimmer and lighter profile. But the 2012 screen is not too bad either.

Hotspot (lowyat, BSC), SatuGadget (cheras PGRM), DirectD (subang SS15)....
The IT shop in One utama also selling, they even have LTE model since 2 weeks ago i think...
There are a lot more shops selling out there, just do a search in garage thread.

Anyone having issues of dead pixels on the 2013 N7 or dust underneath the screen? There seems to be a problem on this from what I read from other forums

din see anyone complain here yet. Both my WiFi and LTE version does not have such problem....*touchwood*... tongue.gif Among millions of Nexus 7 sold, there will be some lemon units, so dun be too worry if you are thinking of getting this little awesome toys. biggrin.gif

Yet to hear of such from users here.
There will always be some problem units but that affect a small minority only.
Any phone or tablet you will always read about problematic sets. It is of concern only if majority or close to everyone is reporting similar defects.

No issue if buying overseas, retailers are giving one for one exchange or full refund on the spot. Don't know if any retailers here are doing it.

I just got mine from HK also. N7 2013 16GB for HK1780=$765.
