Waiting patiently for LTE version. Hope it will be out soon, so that I can get one for myself.

QUOTE(gin&tonic @ Aug 27 2013, 09:59 PM) I'm still waiting... Slightly impatient. Tablet Z is too big for my liking. iPad Mini will be refreshed soon. So N7 II is perfect for now. QUOTE(jacktay94 @ Aug 27 2013, 10:14 PM) If price OK and can get fast, why not? QUOTE(jacktay94 @ Aug 27 2013, 10:28 PM) That's a good news. |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Aug 27 2013, 11:42 PM) Only USA set support 1800 MHz while European sets support 1800 n 2600 mhz making it a better choice here. But there is at least a rm400 higher price difference for Europe sets It will be good to have 2600MHz as well but for the extra RM 400, I will settle just for 1800MHz. Though congestion kicks in my area for 1800MHz but I think around 20Mbps for 1800MHz still pretty acceptable for me. After all, it is just my entertainment device. My main broadband is still connected to 2600MHz and I have an extra SIM card which is now used for spare. It is just nice for this Nexus 7 II. |

QUOTE(Tsukiyomi001 @ Aug 28 2013, 04:44 PM) for the LTE version, if we get from newegg we'll get the US version or EU version? it's going to matter since we can only use 1800mhz band on US while EU has 1800mhz & 2600mhz... 1800MHz is supported here though 1800MHz has worse congestion compared to 2600MHz. |

Finally the LTE version! But the recent devaluation of MYR, we are paying a lot more for the currency fluctuation.
It is about RM 1.6k after conversion and by the time it reaches here, I'm not sure how much that adds up to. I'll wait for US version then since I can live with 1800MHz. Found out it is 4G LTE 700, 750, 850, 1700, 1900, 2100 MHz No hope then... This post has been edited by fruitie: Aug 29 2013, 12:58 AM |

QUOTE(gin&tonic @ Aug 29 2013, 06:58 AM) Well, the price is not really that expensive but to me that's not worth for it. No doubt we are using 1800MHz and 2600MHz but I can live with just 1800MHz for my tablet. Probably for my mobile phone, I will go for both 1800MHz and 2600MHz. |

QUOTE(RedDevils88 @ Aug 29 2013, 04:06 PM) i think without the radio chip inside the NExus 7, it will prolong the battery life of it, without worrying the lack of juice at the end of the day. my wifi unit can last so much longer than my phone This post has been edited by fruitie: Aug 29 2013, 04:38 PM |

RM 1,299 for LTE version is definitely affordable. Can't wait till it's officially released here.

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Sep 11 2013, 03:11 PM) Supported here but US version, at the time being can only be used on Celcom or Maxis. Only celcom and maxis support 1800. Other telco like digi, umobile, redtone, whatever else use 2600. I think DiGi is already using 1800MHz. This post has been edited by fruitie: Sep 11 2013, 03:17 PM |
