from the news I obtained, there's no MMU which I feel it's really dumb doh.gif

that area has MMU students, Pangaea, Tamarind Square, Mutiara Ville, Symphony Park, MCT Lakefront, possible chinese school, and many other existing developments.

The area near to dpulze is cbd, CCC and cbd r both different animal..
If what the rumours said r correct.. I mean MRT to CCC, its convenient for who? And that area still not much development ongoing, so they build MRT there for who?
If you said its at cbd, then its quite possibility.. Because that is the Center of working force.. As you can see, quite many ppl are taking public transport near hsbc building..
If u said Lim Kok Weng student need more MRT, I don't think so, lim Kok Weng student r rich, mostly they got their own cars..
Don't forget, cbd/near MMU area, MRT still can cater users from Taman putra perdana/aman putra which is just beside SSP2...
So I think putting MRT station near to CBD/MMU is the best spot...
If really stop at CCC, I really speachless...

probably their main purpose is just to connect the mrt line to putrajaya central, and CCC is conveniently nearby.
skypark (cyber north) is also conveniently along the way.

would they be so thoughtful like you? tongue.gif

I think its not so easy, probably they build MRT at CCC is to boost the area... Coz the area near CCC quite dulled.. So if there is no mrt booster, CCC will be another fail project..
As you know, it's more about profits than to serve the mobilities of the people.. Anyway, no matter where is the station, it's still a good news to cyberjaya folks..

Ccc is the biggest commercial in cyberjaya. By default, the name already revealed the central location. But it is true with the putrajaya central station nearby serve the area well and make the end connection point from the first day when cbj started to develop.

Yes, by name its a city center, but do u see a single nail on the project yet?

If no nail knocking into then project yet, probably it need at least another 10 years to build CCC, by market slowing down now, I think 20-30yrs bah... So CCC station will be into future station... Haha.. Can see cannot use...

Do you actually read Post #1064 above?

I guess most people know MRT2 is being realigned to Bandar Malaysia since last month after a newspaper reported it.

Comment by MRT engineer:

QUOTE(sgmrtbuilder;122816683)
it was realigned to capture HSR as a heavy duty radial line. it also captures BM but HSR was the reason. mnrt2 now takes people from HSR straight to TRX and the city; something that mrt3 would not have done for HSR passengers.

the eastern part of the original alignment was actually low ridership which can be dealt with by the mrt3 circle line which will now be re-aligned to suit.
