serdang seems like a potential jewel given the cheap psf of that area.   

My hope is Putrajaya Monorai  tweaked into extension for this MRT. Secondly, the Serdang branch should go all the way to Equine Park and finally reaching Limkokwing Cyberjaya.

What about areas around Shah Alam - Puncak Alam, Alam Budiman, and also Setia Alam?

nothing had been casted in the stone. it can be extended to cbj when the population can justify the viability. sgp does that. they are extending their mrt in every few years.

Interestingly was talking to some SA and apparently Setia Haruman and some other big guns are lobbying for MRT to have station in Cyberjaya. Even which plot of land to place the station already identified. Anyone got insider news if their lobbying effort yield results?

I think hundreds of thousands people want it to serve Equine Park, Putra Permai, Serdang Raya area.

Cbj CCC highly impossible, CCC earlier plan was walkalator.. If MRT 2 reaching CCC, then the walkalator just talk syok only?
The highest possibility was MMU area where the highest density area in cbj near future...
My view was, if they really build MRT 2 at CCC, its a real dumb, what I see CCC need another 20-30 yrs to go up.. Now still greeneries, if the market still can't absorb the property near MMU area, then I don't think they will develop CCC...

that area has MMU students, Pangaea, Tamarind Square, Mutiara Ville, Symphony Park, MCT Lakefront, possible chinese school, and many other existing developments.

I think its not so easy, probably they build MRT at CCC is to boost the area... Coz the area near CCC quite dulled..  So if there is no mrt booster, CCC will be another fail project..
As you know, it's more about profits than to serve the mobilities of the people.. Anyway, no matter where is the station, it's still a good news to cyberjaya folks..

KL is having too many terminus and all cannot integrate for all available services. Imagine a tourist taking HSR to KL and what should he do in Bandar Malaysia station when he need to go to Penang?

- Assume if KTM ETS is ready then he need to go to KL Sentral to hop on KTM ETS service
- If take bus then he need to go to TBS
