serdang seems like a potential jewel given the cheap psf of that area.  rclxms.gif  rclxms.gif

This is very strange as it stop for not connecting KLIA track which will link to KLIA. I dont think this will be the final coz the cost of not linking to KLIA is too much to risk... Especially with KLIA2>> Surely this cannot be miss

My hope is Putrajaya Monorai  tweaked into extension for this MRT. Secondly, the Serdang branch should go all the way to Equine Park and finally reaching Limkokwing Cyberjaya.
*
I would think this will be the ideal arrangement as the last station stopping at Putrajaya make little sense to round up the whole connectivity.

nothing had been casted in the stone. it can be extended to cbj when the population can justify the viability. sgp does that. they are extending their mrt in every few years.
*
it is not only for CBJ but connecting KLIA via Putrajaya Sentral station which will integrate with Putrajaya Monorail (if take off), ERL. This actually creating another hub in CBJ / Putrajaya. This make people movement to these area to be quicken in view of most embassies and Government offices in Prj anyway.

not so. cyberjaya far better... got pork and boost. not so restricted. can have dog
putrajaya sibeh jialat. putrajaya can't even find dog food. only cat. is a real city for muslim. and it mean to fail.

invest in cyber and never at putrajaya. now ciberjialat for a while only. long run still better than putratakjaya.
*
I do not think this is the critical point. In fact, Putrajaya had it own attractiveness and maybe it is just you that do not appreciate it.

Interestingly was talking to some SA and apparently Setia Haruman and some other big guns are lobbying for MRT to have station in Cyberjaya. Even which plot of land to place the station already identified. Anyone got insider news if their lobbying effort yield results?
*
Ending at Putrajaya Sentral station : ERL and MRT linked...

The nearest project is Garden Residence Cyberjaya, LKW Universiity, The Place, Garden Plaza. Future CCC (bY SP Setia) will be linked as well.

Cbj CCC highly impossible, CCC earlier plan was walkalator.. If MRT 2 reaching CCC, then the walkalator just talk syok only?
The highest possibility was MMU area where the highest density area in cbj near future...
My view was, if they really build MRT 2 at CCC, its a real dumb, what I see CCC need another 20-30 yrs to go up.. Now still greeneries, if the market still can't absorb the property near MMU area, then I don't think they will develop CCC...
*
Confirmed mmu at this side no MRT station.

Ccc original don't have but with the new routing, the line pass the Sierra 16, Cyberjaya North ( skypark or lkw) and ccc and ended putrajaya sentral with hsr station and erl connection. The end point is putrajaya sentral so it is impossible to route in mmu side

from the news I obtained, there's no MMU which I feel it's really dumb doh.gif

that area has MMU students, Pangaea, Tamarind Square, Mutiara Ville, Symphony Park, MCT Lakefront, possible chinese school, and many other existing developments.

What is (P) meaning?

Parking

As the keyword of sentral, the station will have a myriad of connection. High speed train and e r link sharing the station there also

I think its not so easy, probably they build MRT at CCC is to boost the area... Coz the area near CCC quite dulled..  So if there is no mrt booster, CCC will be another fail project..
As you know, it's more about profits than to serve the mobilities of the people.. Anyway, no matter where is the station, it's still a good news to cyberjaya folks..
*
Ccc is the biggest commercial in cyberjaya. By default, the name already revealed the central location. But it is true with the putrajaya central station nearby serve the area well and make the end connection point from the first day when cbj started to develop.

KL is having too many terminus and all cannot integrate for all available services. Imagine a tourist taking HSR to KL and what should he do in Bandar Malaysia station when he need to go to Penang?

- Assume if KTM ETS is ready then he need to go to KL Sentral to hop on KTM ETS service
- If take bus then he need to go to TBS

Correct me if i'm wrong
*
There will be HSR station at Putrajaya Sentral and those connected flights can proceed via ERL.
