Actually the heating issue is there, just can't deny it. But I find it bearable. Not crazily OMG it's gonna blow kind of heat, especially if you are just playing fruit ninja, candy crush.

Guys need some recomendation on a good MINI PHYSICAL QWERTY keyboard for xperia zr? bluetooth/nfc ones... also with usb cable just in case. and a bonus factor would be SLOT to place the phone in. i want it to play emulator games (NDS. PS1 emulator games). difficult to play megaman x without physical keboard like in my old xperia pro haha

guy how u compare zr and z ?
water proof is a must cause i'm outdoor person, i like z screen size but dislike internal battery, no camera button (on glove difficult to shot) ......

if you dont mind the smaller screen size, better batery endurance, better fps on games, no lte (for official xperia zr, ap set got lte), then pls go for zr.

btw how SOny OS ? a lot custom os in the market ?
cause i use phone for very long term (my last phone was two year with gingerbread and 512mb), i still love it just ram and OS really kill me ....

now zr using jelly bean, custom rom u have to go to here to check cause haven't check for a long time for custom rom though. Dont worry about the ram cause zr got 2gb of ram. And provided that sony still give the source code for xperia zr, they'll be a lot of custom rom for it as long as people willing to make them.

yes i know ... the problem is current android is kitkat and sony still stay in jellybean abit out right for so call current model phone .... (this one of the reason dislike android)

yah n5 is good choice but no outdoor proof like sony phone
might compromise OS issue, cause i really out door alot, removeable battery is excellence solution while camping ....

Just make sure you don't remove the backcover when is wet. Say only after3-5 days only remove to make sure water really dry.

By the way, if I were you I would wait for z1 mini (next January) provided you are not in a hurry to get a new phone.
Price will be most likely the currect price (zr price) with same specs as z1 minus the size, the screen density (most likely 720p instead 1080p).

Just got my ZR (black) last week

It is a really huge upgrade for me as my previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy Ace.

still waiting for the update. what is taking sony m'sia so long to launch the update??? India also ald got the update.....

yea just like me never ending game,wait for a phone to release then wait for the price to drop after that Ohhhh new phone released then wait again.I have been waiting for 2 years,now waiting for the honami mini LOL I hope i will not change my mind later on....
