No need invitation for the balloting, just go to the sales office with a normal cheque and reigister before 10.30am on 8 March 2014. Good luck!

Base one the photo I take, the HT cable is not very near...still acceptable if you didn't choose the unit direct facing the HT cable because sime darby will build one main road before HT cable and etc.

The HT cable is on North site and from the HT cable to 1st row Crista or nearest to HT cable estimate around 400 to 500 feet.

It show 17-19km in my car from denai alam sales office -->Jalan sg buloh--> kota damasara Mc D --> sunway giza--> pelangi damansara--> The Curve--> one utama.

Elmina location better, near PJ (one utama/kota damansara), 4-5 KM to MRT, township planning better (base on paper), developer better, will have new highway to PJ (DASH), multiple access (GCE, GCE via NKVE, Jalan sg buloh free access and etc). Elmina 1 ha with 4 units house ..more green.
