Hi guys...need some help here!

I have sell my condo and signed the snp (Selling price RM480k). Now the lawyer charge me RM5720.60 which I am not sure why so expensive (RM5720.60). I am the seller, by right it should be around RM2k++. I think they are trying their luck to charge me higher. Can you guys advice?

1. Deed of receipt and reassignment (RM480.00)
- Stamp duty on original and 4 copies thereof RM50.00
- Registration fee at kuala lumpur high court RM30.00
- fee for preparation RM400.00

2. Sale and purchase agreement (RM4010.00)
- Legal fees RM3810.00
- Telephone, fax, courier & transport charges RM200.00

3. Statutory declaration (RM50.00)
- Affirmation fee and stamp duty

4. Filing CKHT 1A & 3 (RM330.00)
- Fee far preparation RM300.00
- Photocopy charges RM30.00

5. Deed of Assignment of Tenancy (RM500.00)
- Fee far pre preparation RM500.00

Miscellaneous disbursements (RM50.00)
Government service Tax - 6% (RM300.60)

Just to check with you guys here...do we need to pay any toll when we enter or exit Elmina east?

Actually are all design and etc but price difference. They playing the marketing game again in current market. I think better ask them to buy it themself.

I think sime darby is too over...just better direction E/W vs ES/WN cost Rm30k more expensive...they think buyers are stupid. Especially during current market.

Hi guys. I manage to get a Cressida intermediate unit at RM792888, my unit is 1st row from North facing South and unit no 1x or. It 150m from HTC cable (around 450 feet to 500 feet), is it safe for investment? Can you guys share with me, what is the main reason you guys think Elmina is a good investment and good place for own stay?
