but from the info I gather, MRT2 and MRT3 does not not run accross Elmina

just like lrt extension, there was no plan at all, then what had happen? at the end ara damansara, usj and putra height get benefit from it, so it just matter of time for elmina MRT.

don't forget SD promise almost 15k pr1ma house at elmina, kota elmina & lagong.
another secure thing thing is the terminal bersepadu utara, once SD secure it to be in elmina town, definitely MRT have to be built.

question why not kwasa for the terminal, it's doesn't make sense to jam along bukit lanjan then dash highway to kwasa. in my opinion, the terminal more suitable location shall be along GCE (seriously under usage) with public transport (elmina only around 7km from the nearest MRT1 depot)

Yeah I also think DASH will go ahead sooner or later. But earliest completion date will be in 2019 because of all the politics and its construction difficulty since its elevated.

Past 2 weeks I have been pondering should I go for tomorrow's launch. I'm buying for own stay, but only if Dash is completed since I work in PJ area.

Final decision is hold my cash first. Reason
1. I don't like the internal courtyard concept.
2. Without Dash, I will lose at least 2 hours in traffic jam and need to wake up earlier in the morning. Losing sleep.

Most buy from SD staff (those top managment) bcos got 15%-20% discount.
If Elmina come pare with EW, i think many will go for EW.......

Only few units in the 1st row facing the main road or lake been choosed maybe is lowest price gua..
Most of the public included myself also aiming the last row which facing the park or 2nd,3rd! 4th from the park priority unit facing east lo. Reason why I believe those hav interest on this project will know la.
So If u donno n not visited yesterday dont simple give ur statement la. Beside how u get 15-20% discount??
