The land is very big but build up is very small becuase wasted lot of space on the courtyard. (standard pratice for sime darby)

question why not kwasa for the terminal, it's doesn't make sense to jam along bukit lanjan then dash highway to kwasa. in my opinion, the terminal more suitable location shall be along GCE (seriously under usage) with public transport (elmina only around 7km from the nearest MRT1 depot)

Yes, I also think that tooo! In future, there will be more people staying in Elmina and kota elmina & lagong becuase SD will build more low cost houses in that areas. The MRT is needed for this areas.
