Hi, was wondering how many people actually bought houses in Elmina for own stay?

I was looking at Denai Alam houses, but then the Agent told me she had 1 unit that owner wanna let go now in Elmina. The house type is Keana. I visited the City of Elmina, and is quite pleased with the concept and the planning of the township. But the problem is the owner is intending to sell at  quite a high price, considering it's a under-con unit.

So wanna ask around see if there is any Keana's owner here? any of you that buying for own stay or for invest? Hope to hear more from you all before i decide on anything

Just like the Lynas. It was so mega protest. So many BERSIH.
But in the end? It's all running normal..

The thing is malaysia is human's right is less protected compare to other country around the globe.
