Sime Darby SA told me later they will launch 20x70 @RM700k but not in Elmina East. Maybe in Elmina West.

RM850 is consider ok. The latest new launch for 24x79 is RM793k, the price will go higher if the unit completed.

You can't blame those who stay in Damansara perdana, actually I am one of damasara perdana own who protest DASH highway on 2012. Did you go and survey how far the gov going to build the DASH highway from the condo or apartment? I can tell you, is less than 10 feet! Imagine you own a condo/apartment, then suddenly the gov build a huge highway 10 feets away from your door step or balcony. How you will feel? Will you just keep quite?

But finally I have sold my units last year. smile.gif

No, the price haven't drop because lot of buyers actually either don't know or not sure about the DASH highway will build in that location. But I think once the highway confirmed, it will impact the price for those near the DASH highway. (eg. my unit).

I think you either get the wrong information or type wrongly. What I hear is min 1.18M for intermediate. 30x69 already selling at min 900k+, how come 30x100 sell at 900k? Someting wrong right!
