i went thru those sites u mentioned,perfume-malaysia belongs to one of the member here, bro wazzap.of course he's selling legit stuff.but when i googled, this one came out on top, perfumesmalaysia. confirmed selling fake,no such thing as factory reject perfume, and i myself have personally went to those kind of warehouse before.look at the price, they selling to retail for rm60 a bottle, original!!??who are they trying to cheat man
malaysia-perfume.com should be legit also la,if u are unsure,always ask if there's a refund policy,if dont have,buy elsewhere....
and actually the waiting for the fragrances to arrive is the best part about buying online, thats why some of us here buy from overseas websites, fragrancex for cheap frags and free shipping, strawberrynet, luckyscent and many more, they can be cheaper than what u get from malaysian sites

So my overthinking was correct about perfume in plastik decant. Will surely go look for a glass one. Now more into niche, but designer fragrance will always have their ranks in my closet Hehe. Its just a phase for me to explore the richness of the perfume ingredients. Once I thought there is no way a niche & designer fragrance are too much different than the other. But after trying out for a few, all I could say is niche perfumes truly are glorious especially how natural they smell. But some still have that designer kind of aura such as bond no 9. I'm not too fond in dropping out rm 900++ for a bond. No offense to any bond no9 fans. They are still an amazing house too explore. Too bad we have to purchase online for a larger variations of niche houses & go through the tiresome moment of waiting for the arrival. Heheh

Yea bro.. totally agree with u... well either niche or designer, both are quite overpriced in Malaysia... USD200 vs SGD325 for a 50ml tom ford private blend or USD200 vs RM800 for Dior private line...

Definitely go online for better price. But sometimes for certain brand, when we know we can get better bargain online, still tangan gatal2 to purchase at counter. Haha. Tried amouage beloved & it was my cup of tea. The sales girl really know how to tackle a guy's heart lah. Haha

Can't seem to remember the price.

SOTD - Ambre Russe (AR) by Parfum d`Empire

I'm testing this from a small 0.7ml vial so I couldn't do my usual number of spray but I feel it has better projection and longevity than Ambre Sultan (AS) by Serge Lutens. I get mostly creamy amber and coriander with incense and alcoholic smell in the background at the opening. It smells very similar to AS without prominent bay leaf. It also smells very similar to Blue Amber (BA) by Montale except that coriander is more pronounced in BA. I think I would pass on this one. I like it but I think I'm doing just fine with my AS.

Hi there, nice fragrance blog you have there. You can find designer sample vials at fragrancex.com and niche decants from luckyscent.com. I ordered from both before but my experience with fragrancex.com was not a pleasant one.

Starts out like a very generic scent but when it settles down the amber is quite nice.
But this frag is overpriced, that's what i feel. Would only get it if discounted.

Remembered my 1st diesel. Fuel for life. It's a strong one. Love this one too. Never had the chance too test out the iron man or captain America version. There's another one with tattoos on it right. Same smell with different bottles or totally different scent all over?

SOTD - Ambre 114 by Histoires de Parfums

This one opens up with a sharp spicy note. My guess that would be the caraway. It then quickly settles down to a soft creamy powdery scent. I get amber, vanilla and geranium. Geranium in this is predominant and it does remind me of baby powder. Moderate projection and longevity on my skin. It could be better if I applied more since I'm testing it from a small 0.7ml vial. IMO, it's a different take on amber fragrances with a floral twist and I can see that someone may like it. However, I prefer my amber creamy and spicy only so this is a pass for me. Sorry.

With that budget u have many choices :-)

If you're on the daring side of the spectrum, Try Thierry mugler A men (maybe the 50ml) or dior Fahrenheit.

If u want a safe choice, have a go for chanel platinum egoist.

But if you really want too push to the unique side of strong. Try body kuros, heheh (I can't seem to remember the spelling)

Thank you for the reply. I am actually looking for a physical store or department stores around KL. I don't really prefer online purchases. I am afraid that they do not reach my house as I am always away from home.
