hmm... wat do u mean by unique? some ppl at fragrantica say it smell quite harsh.. i like the bottle and tobacco note... should i go blind buy?

Was thinking of blind buying this Dreamer but I see mixed results on performance. Maybe it's been reformulated? On fragrantica it gets compared to Le Male? Does it really smell like it?

i dont think dreamer can be a safe blind buy,yes the opening might be the decider,its kinda harsh and stays like that quite long,but i actually like the opening till the dry down,very interesting development throughout,very good projection as well,re-application is usually not needed.very aromatic dry down,harsh sweet opening,i detect the tobacco after the sweet opening but the tobacco for me last for a while only.i dont see it comparable to Le Male,to me nothing smells like this,thats why i said its unique.perhaps u can have a mentality to waste rm90 at fragx,blind buy this,if dont like it,90 bucks gone,if u like it,will be the best blind buy ever.dreamer is really a love it or hate it,never a nice or just ok scent.the opening is really the testing part,my friend felt nauseous whole day when he sprayed it on his arm,so it really depends

No way Dreamer is a blind buy. I saw all the nice reviews and went to try it myself. It felt like I got jabbed in the nose with a glove soaked in herbal medicine juice. The opening is the killer, once it reaches the middle notes it is fine. The opening is like a sharp and medicinal smell that is a little too much for me.

This is 1 perfume that i wont blind buy based on all the reviews on its notorious opening, eventhough its so darn cheap at FragX. And probably won't buy one eventually bcos i cant sample it. Better save the RM90 for others and take this unnecessary risk, haha. Of course this is my own opinion. I'm sure this scent does do wonders for many.

Am still waiting for my 24 Gold & Versace PH fr FragX. Hope it arrives these few days.


SOTD = Issey Miyake L'eau D'issey PH. A very hot summer day & this does the job very well. Like the lemony freshness. Normally its my goto bottle whenever to the beach or outings & not on working days. But today exception cos very hot la. Surprisingly i dun smell this scent a lot fr others at my place.

I still have doubts about FragranceX. Just saw a thread in fragrantica where quite a few complain getting frags with different smell and bottles that looks suspicious and falling apart.

Two of my vials were leaking, one vial with card missing and batch code on bottle/box of my 24 Gold doesn't match. I don't get good longevity as people said. I did a test on paper strip and result was the same. Luckily they shipped mine via DHL Express but I don't dare to buy from them again.

Lucky so far my purchases fr them was Ok, except 1 delivery which i never received & i suspected our own customs & POS Msia than them, & they have refunded all moneys via credits for me. No issues on all bottles, batch codes ok, juices ok & all intact. But i understand there are always unlucky buyers & unfortunately bro t0n3 is 1 of them. Finger-crossed on my 24 Gold !

Guess I'm the only unlucky one. Hope you get yours soon and let me know if the batch code matches.

SOTD - DHI (2011)
This one needs no introduction. It truly lives up to the hypes. Got my first bottle last year from my local Parkson store for RM305 and RM20+RM30 discount/promotional vouchers in return. Didn't know BBW had it but managed to grab this tester bottle as backup Feb this year for RM170. Love at first sniff at the store but thought it was too fem that they had given me a women frag instead. However, it didn't take me long before I finally accepted it and made the purchase. Just noticed this morning that the color of the juice for tester is lighter. Both bottle, scent and performance are the same except for note breakdown listed on the back of tester bottle. Moderate projection and good longevity on my skin.

Its not parkson, it is a counter in front of chanel les esclusif shop in klcc first floor, 125ml usd150 so I think around 500 gua
