Try looking at IEMs with built-in mics if you don't have much space. Compact, works well, and it's easier to keep than full-sized headphones.

My head enuf space, its multiple items (webcam, + mike + headphones) that I dont have space. tongue.gif

Check out Nuforce NE-700X  icon_idea.gif

"The NE-700M Earphones include a hands-free microphone with pick-up button"
From my experience these hands free mikes suck while gaming. Is the mic good? (700m or 700x version)
And do I have to press the button, or can set to push-to-talk on my mouse?

How about taking a look at Senheiser HD419 ? 1xx. Does great for overalls and gaming. Punchy bass , light weight and comfortable for long gaming usage.

I don't believe it has a mike based on what I read. Am I wrong?

Of course your head has space rolleyes.gif I mean IEMs are small and easy to put away, so it won't clutter up your desktop.

There are plenty of good hands free mics, also, even if you buy a gaming headphone, there's no guarantee that the mic won't suck.

I meant the concern more that the mike isn't near my mouth. The kind that has a stiff wire to adjust to your lips. biggrin.gif Dont need big big, but usually less than 2" from mouth can hear well.
This one hanging "nearby" the head area.... I don't have much experience with this kind. Hence the worry. biggrin.gif

Just curious, but why Bose?
*
I have experience their desktop sound system, just wanna find out more on their ear phones too

QUOTE(Memories_Fallen @ Aug 21 2013, 10:55 AM)
Bose only good in noise cancelling

Looks, sound and design sucks

It's like comparing to Beats, design nice, other sucks

V-Moda M100 better in sound and overall, but not really good in isolation
*
Okay, thanks for the feedback and recommendation

QUOTE(noobandroid @ Aug 21 2013, 02:18 PM)
jaben network, once you been there, anything else bose or beats is out of this world exile

Yes, I have bought KOSS headphone from them. But when I search in their website earlier, I could not locate Bose

Hi guys,

I've been using my shure se102 for quite a while now and I would like some recommendation for something equal or better a bit in that range since my budget is ard RM200-300.

I'm looking for portability since I'll use in for on the go. Mainly using it for game and ipod. Home pc, rarely since I got speaker to go with it.
Somehow I feel that in-ear isn't that comfortable when using for a long period and was hoping if there's any on-ear worth mentioning. If not gotta go back to in ear again.
I've heard quite a hustle over Beyerdynamics XP? How bout klipsch? Thanks.

Well, a lot off people likes Beyer XP as the SQ is really outstanding for such affordable price tag. While the klipsch made some really decent earphone too, such as the high end X series or the image and reference series. Both of them are good. If you dont mind, then give the ATH CKM500 a try, they are well known for the good sound too! smile.gif

I see. Thanks.
It seems that the market now full of either iem or over ear. There's no one releasing any earbud already?
