I'm very confident I will be happy with a Corsair mech keyboard... why? because:

- Media Keys - best combination (scroll4volume + placement i've seen VS others. Note that this is important for me as I do watch a lot of movies/tv shows as well.
- MX Cherry Red - not really a concern for me since I relate the switch from membrane to mech similar to the hdd -> ssd switch, just world's apart better. A slight plus is that Reds are considered average and i'm fine with that.
- In terms of gaming, I'd say i'm a hardcore gamer (FPS/MOBA/MMO included) though i don't seek perfection (hence MX reds not bothering me)
- Bonus: Corsair's K70's aesthetics are nice. Can maintain a professional/simplistic look and doesn't scream "HEY I'M A GAMER, LOOK AT ME!"
I'm always open to suggestions but what swayed me to the K70 (don't need macro keys so K90/5 out of picture) was the media buttons mostly. There you go... now try to poison me... who knows maybe I might change my mind
