S4 mobile data problem.. I can turn on the mobile data but it does not show E,H. No 3g connected.

Only restart then it connect to 3g again.. Who can solve this prob? Thanks

If you do go there.. make sure you go early.. and not on Fridays. You could wait there for hours just to give your device in....

Samsung at the Gardens is a store+service centre (for software) so I brought mine there. No point bringing back to the place u bought ur phone as they will tell you to bring it to a service centre.
To be safe, just bring yours over to a designated service centre

That was what the technician told me. It helped reduce the frequency of the random reboot. So far my phone is alright even with me actively using my camera. It happened once out of say....30-40 times using my camera compared to once out of 5 times previously lol

Buying from telcos is the worst if you want them to register warranty for you. 8/10 of them dont even bother doing it for you. Easiest get fellow forumer "Fallenout" help and he can do it for you FREE of charge. Just PM him your phone IMEI, name and mobile number and you will get the Samsung confirmation within minutes once he does it for you, usually quite fast within a few days ( depend how busy he is)

ah ok.. better i go gardens haha.. but now dunno wan try flash myself or not.. cos at least we go there we report tis kind of problem so they can reflect to SME or samsung to come out with something better

- how to turn off the msg typing sound in Sound mode?
- I used to it by using Swype for text-ing with old Samsung, but I cant find this Swype function in S4. Anyone can guide me?

Swype is available at the Playstore

Bt the swyping function is also available for the default Samsung keyboard by enabling the continous input and predictive text

and to disable the the typing sound effect..Samsung Keyboard>Click the setting>Advanced>Disable key-tap sound

Click setting on keypad > Advance > Untick Key-tab sound.
