any y410p facing the laptop auto turn into sleep mode although the setting change the laptop into sleep mode is "never"....by the way how to solve this problem?

Hey guys, anyone here with y580 with bluetooth problems on Windows 8? I never tried to use it before and now I want to use it to pair a bluetooth game controller and I realize the bluetooth is non existant in my laptop.. tried both qualcomm and atheros drivers on the support website but no deal.

Googled around also revealed many users facing the same problem..

Hello! Im gonna own a y510p to replace my 4years acer lappy

Due to its low ram and old ver graphic card it cannot support my work anymore

I would like to know what's the different between single and dual graphic card? Do you think it is necessary to get dual ? my work is heavy on design like PS, AI, After effect and etc

And then is there any option that i can trade the dvd burner to other items? I dont use the CD since 4years ago
so i think it is pretty useless to me and if it installed in the lappy i guess it will increase the temperature

one more thing, what is HDD and SSD @@''
Do you guys suggest to get SSD instead the HDD ?
Much more effective ? and also expensive ?






And im pretty new on purchasing the lappy /.\ Quite worry to get a refurbished / fake lappy.

I don't know if the apps you are using support SLi or not... if they support it might be worth to get dual graphic. dual graphic card will consume the optical drive bay so you won't have the cd drive.

with the software you are using I recommend you to get ssd... expensice but really worth it...

to avoid any complication with after sales service buy from Lenovo store... not saying there are no reliable seller but if that really worries you just grab from Lenovo themselves though I know there are sellers in here that won't sell you fake/refurbished
