Sorry i do not know how much is gardenview maintenance fee but based on price per sqf on sale from developer serin residence definitely value for money. 1151sqf....very nice size for family size condo....the subsale current fair value right now should be around rm450k- close to rm500k right?

The 1300 sqft unit once complete can ask for at leaat 650-680k....if demand very good prolly can go for 700-750k... Hope subsale picks up its a nice dev...
