I think Cristal would definitely turn out better and I would've bought Cristal instead of Serin if it was launched earlier.

No, the RM320+/- would be the maintenance fee + sinking fund for the most common unit (1151sqft which has the most units in Serin).

And how much is the monthly fee for Gardenview?

Sorry i do not know how much is gardenview maintenance fee but based on price per sqf on sale from developer serin residence definitely value for money.

1151sqf....very nice size for family size condo....the subsale current fair value right now should be around rm450k- close to rm500k right?

The subsale for 965sqft should be around 450k - 470k and for 1151sqft should be around 530k - 550k. Price might be lower as some of the flippers are letting go their units desperately at the moment.

First time visited the actual site.

Selling for one year, still have about 100 units.

Crista overall concept is good. Visited Serin too, overall is OK

The 1300 sqft unit once complete can ask for at leaat 650-680k....if demand very good prolly can go for 700-750k... Hope subsale picks up its a nice dev...

With Developer price also cant finish the sells, what make u think subsale can go at least 650-680k?
