renting out to students or working adults or family?

I guess it's important for me to find out whether who (students, working adults, family, etc) can we target for such high rental. Thanks!

My understanding it's for everyone as was set by the agents. But the agents in Serin too afraid to follow.

Not really matter right? You need to know the area to understand the rentals.
Serin are big compare to Gardenview. 3 pools and 1 jacuzzi. Gym. Futsal, basketball and badminton court. Clubhouse with library etc. And so on.

Well, I dont want to drag further on rentals as I'm there for own stay.
Just to share some talks/thoughts from some owner friends.

Ya agree! I do think Serin facilities are much better. The badminton court & others all looking good. Cristal..um..missed the chance to buy Serin as I was still a student back then..hopefully my Cristal would be a great place to stay too

yeah....cristal is missing badminton court, but have skateboarding court that I will never use T.T

Cristal caters to different crowd I think. More for anti-social professionals. And Serin are more for yuppies. LOL jk.

Jokes aside, Cristal are meant for higher income professionals. Hence the million ringgit villas. Other than that, pretty much the same as Serin. Lets just wait and see the crowd is like.

Rental is subjective LA...if owner got so many units n don't put more effort...I heard a 1000sqf unit oso they willing to rent at 1.2-1.5k.

But if u put effort n focus rental of 2k n more for ur condo unit definitely achievable . Trust me.

Heard serin maintenance fee plus sinking fund around rmm330. Per. Month... Anyone can confirm?

The maintenance fees is very much depends on the sq feet of the unit. For Cristal, it's RM0.30 per sq feet. If I don't remember wrongly, Serin is also same price.

Serin feedback is not bad. Potential Cristal buyer shall visit before commit.
