Yeah for example, they come out with the 14 days thingie, then they should have predicted there will be people asking for extension. Then do they have a consistent way of dealing with it ? Accept the extension or reject it ? And how are they going to communicate it ? Do they say no in a friendly manner ?

All these are people issues.

In fact, all terms are mentioned in the booking form.

We can't get the extra RM 10k discount too, but we don't blame the developer.

For Cristal Residence buy call, if Villamas execution is good, then will become super good value for own stay.

I do have worry, but when I know this development comes with link villa, & Block A targeting Singaporean, chances of success has increased too.

yes, that is the guy attitude so rude. yes. Why have a V club since not a privilege club and doesn't trade as VIP also.
u hold v club Kenneth will still scold u give u 5min lecture with no result out. ....
this is management issue and direction on customer service is totally wrong.

Cristal Residence Villamas in house contractor, sama sama like Serin Residency (VP Mar 2014).

2 years of warranty period.

If I were Villamas, will launch Block A 1100+ sqft & 1300+ sqft, than similar like Block B 1300+ sqft & 1500+ sqft.

How come for unit number they changed to 3A but Level 4 and 14 not changed to 3A and 13A? Those 2 levels people shying away still...LoL

Is Level 4 and below blocked by the villas? Thought that Ground Floor is 20 feet high and hence higher than the roof of the villa?

That's what my SA told me about level 1 ceiling height. But any level below 7 will be blocked by the Serin low rise though.

I mentioned it before, the Block B 1500 sf has layout problem.

For a typical 1500 sf, I would expect to get decent sized rooms, but if you go take a look at their sample unit, you will realize that other than the masterbedroom which is luxuriously big, the other rooms are miserably small. I really don't understand how they come up with this layout. I really got problem understanding their rationale. And mind you, the psf for 1500 sf is higher than 1300 sf. Why lar ? Totally defy all the common sense.
