Yeah for example, they come out with the 14 days thingie, then they should have predicted there will be people asking for extension. Then do they have a consistent way of dealing with it ? Accept the extension or reject it ? And how are they going to communicate it ? Do they say no in a friendly manner ? they should communicate with buyer and solve the issue (isnt this their job?)
All these are people issues.
