Setia Alam township is very big.
When started they put a target of 20years to fully develope the available land.
Now half way already and yet it's potential still not yet fully utilize.
PLUS still happy coz now days the vehicle's pass thru Setia Toll is constantly increase
Agree with you - I was looking at the houses in Setia Alam before...RM630k for a ds link house...
in the end we decided not to go for it considering the distance to city centre and the connecting roads in...but nevertheless it is a great township to live in
Will have to see the transport consultant/SPAD final comment on the alignment...
As Kampung pointed out...the initial alignment was pretty much based on the NKVE alignment - ridership model was done and justified based on that alignment and found out that is feasible from 2030 onwards
The proposed LRT3 alignment comes together with a series of connecting buses to the key centre... not sure if there is any /k living in Shah alam got household interviewed during the period of 2011/2012
That interview was meant for this LRT3
