QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Jun 11 2013, 12:30 PM) depends on your urgency to get a laptop. kind of urgent...just chat with Dell rep, no customization at the moment & delivery takes 4-5 weeks!...can get good price for the "old" m14x @Intel® Core™ i7-3740QM , 12GB ram etc...but heat & noise issues I guess is the obstacle... the specs for this alienware are not customizable at the moment, so its preferred to wait. guess what, im watching the Pre-E3 live on youtube now. linky |

I think u can get really below rm6k price for the above specs and in terms of speed it's faster than the new Intel Core i7-4700MQ of the new 14 (pls correct me on this)...but in terms of energy usage etc that's another issue... |

QUOTE(TongCN @ May 21 2013, 08:22 AM) Ok, fixed my problem =.=Any1 with X51 might wanna know this, lol I getting this long period of booting because I plugged into the Discrete GPU's (a.k.a Nvidia card) HDMI instead of the Intel Intergrated HDMI which took me half minute to load. Yesterday I changed the HDMI to Intel slot and guess what? INSTANT BOOT! Press power button and poof, windows login screen already, lol ... Might take a video on it next time |
