Can the Alienware M17x R4/3 run on SLI with dual graphic crads?

Cause I was just looking at other 17 inch laptops that can. So I am wondering if it can be done on a M17

Guys, just upgraded my area 51 to windows 8 but now seems all my vents and fans cant work!!! anyone knows how to make it work again? I upgraded the alienware command center without first clean uninstall the previous one...need help!! :S

does anyone feel weird that alienware used an 8-cell battery on their new 17 than 9-cell like their previous m17x?

not really as haswell consumes less power and gives out less heat. Plus the new 700 series nvidia also consume less power.

Is the specs any good & worth buying?...

again comes the question of "should i buy now or wait?"...

depends on your urgency to get a laptop.

the specs for this alienware are not customizable at the moment, so its preferred to wait.
