my m17x also having this problem after reformat, asking here before they say need change mobo and it cost around 500, still finding who can fix it without change mobo, i try search at youtube just need refresh somthing hardware.

if not, try thr... As shipping from China takes 1 week only and it's very cheap + the parts can be cheap too as they are usually made thr.

damn.. the ac power adapter for current models at dell Malaysia is only 180W. this is just terrible :/

hi guys, im using m11x r2. i using this laptop to play dota 2. but sometimes my fps drop to almost 0. It looks like lag but not internet problem. Happen long time ago, sometimes i can ignore it but sometimes annoying like hell. huhu. why does this happen eh?

Anyone here have experience dealing with their customer support?
Why nowadays their people is so incapable? My email already write in point form and highlight to them, they also don't understand. Same case dragged for more than a month. They need to take 1 week to reply my email. Even when I call them, they show that they have little knowledge of what they suppose to know.
