Uhmm... I really don't recommend Westside. I read a lot of threads on Reddit about some natural PL guy who did it and said it's more geared towards lifters on chem assistance.

You cannot be inconsistent on a planned PL program. If you cannot, don't and try something more flexible like a PHUL or P/P/L program. Or an upper/lower one.

About staying below 10-11% bf, that is very very impressive. Are you able to stay so super lean (almost contest condition) because you're an ectomorph? I'm an ectomorph myself and been ~12% bodyfat my whole life... even now. I just bumped my 2000cals/day to 2200cals/day to get rid of my current 4 pack.

It's very obvious. Not only that. There are ways to measure. Fat free mass index, etc. Been in the iron game long enough to tell if someone is on AAS or not.

220kgs deadlifts of 4 sets of singles at 81.5% of my max of 270kg.

Current bodyweight 69.8kg. Roughly 3.85x my bodyweight for 1rm max. Elite level.
