The number of plates says it all. 225kg/495lbs deadlift at a bodyweight of 73.2kg/161lbs deadlift. 3.07 times more than my bodyweight. Then a modest Stiff LEgged Deadlift of 345lbs x 5 for 3 sets. This was the second. |

Deadlift 515 pounds
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LE6uYu9Md7k...5BVrhPQ&index=5 Deadlift 480 pounds x 5, easy easy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edLR_J49uCc...5BVrhPQ&index=9 Back striation demonstration https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0aoFdCd0Ok...hw55mgfm5BVrhPQ Waist measurement below 26 inches. I cut on 450 grams of carbs daily. That is around 4.5 plates of white rice. That's just a small meal. Ate a shit load more earlier in the day. But then sometimes go overboard la. It's still alright. Natural for life. This post has been edited by darklight79: Nov 14 2014, 01:05 AM Attached image(s) |

QUOTE(frozenne @ Nov 16 2014, 02:04 AM) why so unbalanced? Heh... and I don't suffer doing low carb nonsense. 9 plates of rice carb equivalent daily on a cut. Smart dieting and smart training and no anabolic steroids. Twice the satisfaction.i didn't see them having such a hourglass waist size - Thor, Captain America, Superman, Batman, Wolverine |

QUOTE(VoxPopuli @ Nov 16 2014, 11:31 AM) appreciate if you can provide pics of your waistline. i know this is odd coming by a male but im just curious , my gf waist is 27 inches, and she is like a walking stick, 26 inches and deadlifting at 515 pounds, that sounds like a disaster, u said u were once 24 inches, thats even more freaky , the thought of it getting ripped apart scares me Never less than 24. Minimum was 25.7. Currently 25.9 to 26.1 |

QUOTE(Armesh @ Jan 27 2015, 08:17 PM) WOOOO! That's not hard at all. Seriously. The squat is ridiculously easy to progress to 60kg and above. As you get stronger THEN it's a lot harder to progress.1.09xbodyweight (60KG) Squat after only 19 days! I started fully untrained skinny kid with worst genetics (small boned, wrist only 5.8inch). https://www.facebook.com/SkinnyToBuff90day/...5785326/?type=1 This post has been edited by darklight79: Feb 5 2015, 11:39 AM |

Sample deadlift videos. I have not maxed out in a long time. The 240kg deadlift was a few months ago. Currently hovering between 69-71kg depending on wtf I eat.
Test 3 plates plus bench set This post has been edited by darklight79: Feb 8 2015, 02:42 PM |

QUOTE(Armesh @ Feb 8 2015, 09:28 AM) Dafuk man that 3 plate + bench for reps! Our grip width is really similar for the Bench Press. And did you say "bitchy weights" at the end of that set? The bench and deadlift is my forte, DL first, bench 2nd and squat 3rd. I have good biomechanics for benching even on an aggressive cut. Unfortunately I DON'T like training chest. Lol, I love training legs, ironically, my squat is the worst. The drugged 80KG+ guys at my gym also max bench like 120KG. Bro splits for life lolz. Btw 69-71kg at 12% bodyfat? I am ALWAYS below 10-11%. Never above 11%, but rarely below 8%. That is the bf% I'm comfortable with and function most optimally. Anything above 12% and I feel sluggish. But to other people, well... most other people hovering below 12% is torture for them and their performance will crash in the gym. This post has been edited by darklight79: Feb 8 2015, 02:34 PM |
