Lol, and that's how one uses a spotter. I could have gotten 8, pretty sure but i had 4 more sets so.... saving gas in the tank.

I'm dieting. Aggressively for a shoot Next Week. And it's not good to go insanely heavy all the time or your joints screw up long term.

Thanks. Nah didn't diet hard for this shoot. I'm around this conditioning year round. Just cut cals for 2 weeks with some cardio.
