No idea why you guys like to overcomplicate things. You did make progress but it's all about consistency, smart dieting and hard training. You followed the diet EXACTLY? Down to every gram of protein carbs etc?

Actually i was gonna point out the diet works. All diets work. Prob is you didn't adjust the calorie intake for your bodyweight. Lol. Which is why your fat loss wasn't optimal.

Waist size 24.7 inches. Body fat single digit % 2 weeks plus ago. Last poundages for power Deadlift 450 plus, squat parallel 355lbs. Squats ATG, 2 second pause at btm 335lbs. Bench 335lbs, shoulder press 90 pounders x 6 at 4 second negative phase, bw 70kg dips + 155lbs x 3-4 to name a few random lifts.

Nah. Illusion. My arms are mostly triceps at 17 plus inches at their most pumped. Biceps are shit. I do whatever work on them it does not have a peak. Arrio for instance is a *******. He doesn't do direct bi work and they pop out like a b!tch.

I'm currently starting to utilise the bench press rack to do my squats. Unfortunately CF doesn't have a squat rack so I did squats with smith last time but drop is cause it seems it's not helping much. Used to manage 90 on the smith but today was the first time I did squats by using the bench rack. Finished up with 60kg, could go more but I don't want to risk it. Just wanted to get squats into my workout routine. I manage to dl 90kgs, did once with 100kg just for pr sake. Been working out for the past 2 months so it is all still quite new to me, the nutritions part are the one that are giving me trouble but I'm starting to get the hang out it, just need dedication to make it work. Hopefully all is good and I can achieve what I aim to achieve.

Lol. Let me show you some crazy shit. Viewer discretion advised. Yesterday Wednesday 25/12/13 pm at 75.5kg. Today Thursday 26/12/13 am 73.4kg. Showing thumb sign as proof. Anyway, it brings me back to the theory about homeostasis. Trick your body into believing that staying lean is the natural state of things long term and it'll work hard to get rid of whatever shit you put in there, UP TO A CERTAIN LIMIT! Lol! I have limits contrary to popular belief.
