IIRC, that is 4 months of progress no coz I remember you've posted your skinny pic before; or much shorter than 4 months biggrin.gif

Anyway, that is a noticeable progress but comparing 2nd and 3rd pic, your traps didn't have any improvement and do post some back pic if you can thumbup.gif

i'm not sure your bf% is tat high to consider cutting. you might end up being back to your 1st pic. as long as your lifting poundages are improving i suggest you continue what you are doing.

Plz eat moar.

Plz no cutting.

If you want nice arms, then plz no cutting till you can curl the 90s or 100lb barbell unassisted (means no spotting on first few reps).

Cutting is quick. Building is slow.

i went from eating really shit to a clean diet, allowing cheat days on saturdays/sundays as my family won't cook on the weekends.

i try to down 4-5meals a day, usually heavy breakfast. 2shakes a day, first month was using muscletech, now on ON gold whey and dymatize's creatine.
