QUOTE(bata @ May 30 2013, 02:14 AM) pantai Hospital BP. it supposed only RM 850, but i choose warded so can claim insurance lol I think I have shoulder problem too but not because of weight training but because of badminton(before i started BB). I have this cracking shoulder whenever I do shoulder press movement even without weights. Its not that bad but recently I feel discomfort when idle maybe because I tend to ignore the pain and continue lifting. Now I feel slight pain whenever I do pulldown or bench press which of course affecting my strength and focus.continuous pain when i training, uncomfortable when idle, until one point when i train biceps also pain, my ortho said my biceps attachment also out of place because of the tear. Mine is Type II and i have 3 anchors now. if u have continuous pain just go do MRI, it might only inflammation, if not serious can get away with cortisone or PRP i think. You can ask your ortho. Half year stop... then another half year continue back... now still on going...
Hopefully no more stop! Lately really motivated seeing how muscular my brother-in-law has become... My latest photo (not so latest, end May'13): By the way... arm size increase by 1 inch after 6 months consider as good progress or not? of course waist size remains the same... Edit: Add one more photo as above photo the mirror really dirty... lol. Sorry for the disturbing blue underwear in the background... hahaha...
