Yeah, I think you better since some people are having problem booting up their rooted S3 and got warranty voided after sending to SC. I can't remember where I read sometime ago that Rooted can be trace in Android, am I wrong or what? Wish to root mine but scared, maybe I will do it after the warranty expired...smile.gif

Is it a new phone since you got it from your friend? If not, check with him whether he has already registered.

For me,
I notice better battery life(when idle) With Gps, Mobile Data, Sync, Power Saving: On, I lost around 6% only for 10 hours.. Normally it would be like 1% every hour or (X amount of hour - 2 = % loss)

and Phone/Contacts opens up faster than before(but I still wont consider it as smooth as stock android)

The easiest way is to PM @FallenOut here. He will help you to register. He is very helpful and acts quite swiftly.

Yes. And it means you're in queue. Gotta wait for your turn to get the update. If you cannot tahan, go update it via Kies or download the firmware and flash via Odin.

Gonna go SC tomorrow and try to update to new firmware if my download fails (211/851MB downloaded as we speak). Plus, exchange my hissing charger... let's see if they let me swap for a new one...

Don't get S4 first, just in case there's defect for early few batches... we've all seen it before.

yay. First post.

And haha you added the thread version statistic table too.

Advice: you need to add the date the statistic was taken, because as time goes by, the page views number increases.

Still pretty good speed for the thread.
*
yea I love it, but waste time to do it laugh.gif
for the statistic I no idea what it means, that why no take haha

s3 is still an overall good device. Some people prefer 4.7" vs 5".
