Found some photos from my old mobile phone. There were a lot more as i have a 3 pages defect list but i think most of it were deleted. Luckily these are around. These are the internals of my Unit during VP. The only regret was those crooked walls pics are no longer around! Anyway, this gives you a flavour of what to expect from this developer. Hollow tiles galore!!! Hollow hollow and more hollow. It's easier to find non hollow tiles! Missing/buried wall socket is a norm!

QUOTE(wearnude3232 @ Feb 17 2015, 10:49 AM) meaning they dont even know if theres a socket there ? hahaha Yeah, missing ones were forgotten to be fixed on... There is one outside the house, i looked at the neighbour's house, and was 100% positive that there is a socket on the same spot but strangely didn't have one in mine! When i asked, everyone gave me a puzzled look as if it's rocket science!! When they went to checked and then realized it was "buried" when they were doing the wall!! Got to ask them to "dig" it out!

Just waiting for those who mentioned that i had too many complaints to surface and let me know whether this is considered normal and acceptable if they were the ones paying for this? It could well be that this is acceptable to him!!

Not sure what will happened if someone in the taman got dengue and then MOE comes and check? Would any action be taken against such irresponsible developer?

Curious. ..were there any more of previous projects donr by this developer n I wonder if those are also as terrible. Certainly a developer to avoid at all cost.

QUOTE(starex80 @ Feb 18 2015, 01:23 AM) is that piece of land belong to the taman? the fencing not done between the taman and the land? It's part of the Taman and was for "future development". The developer wanted to build another two bungalows but a few neighbours successfully wrote in to MPKJ to stop the development(during the consultation period whereby residents could object since this wasn't part of the original Taman development) and MPKJ agreed that this was land was supposed to be community space for the residents, therefore didn't allow the bungalow to be built! That is probably why that had the developer fuming and wanted "revenge" and just left it as it is intentionally? This post has been edited by viralflu: Feb 18 2015, 09:07 AM

Certainly a developer to avoid at all cost. They did a commercial blocks along MRR2, Ukay Perdana or something like that. Opposite somewhere near the zoo, where Courts is at. Haven't been there to see the quality but i think that place was quite successful due to the location but didn't hear any horror stories there since i dunno anyone from there!lol Last heard was that they are planning to build a hotel in Johor Bahru.
