agreed, moreover viralflu's first hand experience as one of the owners of a product from the same developer as One Amerin.

What i dont like really is their ever changing policy and prices and etc ... they really think like main masak masak ...

You are very welcome LTG and Xin.

Just happy to share the nonsense approach, inferior workmanship and irresponsible behaviour of this husband and wife team so that interested buyers have access to the darker truth and not get carried away by all the sales bollocks from the agents/SA.

Agents got the hard end of the stick from the developer. Always kenna hutang big time and long timethe commission as told by the previous group of agents working for them! too many stories ....lol

viralflu effect very strong.
And the stupid developer neglected the power of forum.
*
Well, they dun even care.....Chinese ah pek management style...just keep on pushing the sales agents, change them ok liao! Just get agents to bullshit some news and try to close the sale....Internet?? What is that? forum? nah, that doesn't work. laugh.gif

The fact that they do not even bother to put a signboard at their office tells you how stingy and ancient their approach towards doing business!

From their previous project they did this so not surprised that they are doing this again. Again come Impian take a look, i show you each and every single unit that held since they launch till now and you count whether it is 50%? Maybe its 40%? tongue.gif

Uncle Tikaram perhaps can give you more insight as he has insider news that husband and wife kept many many units. brows.gif

Why you happy of LAD? I don't think it will bring even a single cents of benefit..even they pay me the late interest, the workmanship will still be very sub par.

This kind of developer, I can imagine how they handles buyers complain for repair and rectification.

Still prefer developers to follow the schedule and do up the things nicely so no headache after completion.

With the same chain gang of main and sub cons as Impian tropika, and their cut corners nature which is so evident in Impian, the workmanship and built quality is a genuine cause for concern.

Looking at the reputation I don't think it will be easy for us to get the LAD? If delays happen. Since a lot forummer says that they talk one thing do another. Sure all funny reasons will be given.

30 units got names by the family, add those that remained unsold and stickered as "sold", which is eventually owned by the developer, which is the family, i think we are not very far off.

Given the dodgy style that they quietly took all the choice units and registered as within the family, it sure do not come as a surprise that they had played a sticker game since day one. tongue.gif

Again, you would be pleased to know that the developer units in Impian and the family units in Impian adds up to probably 40-50% initially after vacant possession. History repeating itself? Highly likely!

Btw, my invitation for you to come Impian to take a look at what this developer did. I can invite a few of the owners there to come have a chat too on this developer. They are more than happy to do so! rclxms.gif

My unit i settled all the defects already...been two years!

Maybe free you can drop by and go inside the two units bungalow and take a look, its not locked, just register with guard say view bungalow. That would probably give you some glimpse of their wonderful workmanship. smile.gif

PM you later let you on the details of their very nonsensical approaches and issues.
