Save you from worry yes i do agree, but what if the project appreciate 50% when VP? Blame who to make you lost money?

Not sure how these development will bring up the landed price around or not. My gf's bro brought a freehold landed just down the road inside these project. Brought at Rm520k 3-4 years ago, all his relative say he make a wrong choice that time, but now already asking 900k. All just diam diam now. lol

Just hope one amerin and these big project around will make the surrounding better.

u cant compare landed with highrise. especially this side of balakong, rm900k for a landed is rare. those new 3 storey superlink selling rm850k also no takers since 1 year. the relative sure dreaming

Yeah the road is getting more congested now. It is still bearable compared to Sg Long/Mahkota though.

However, I cannot imagine after all these high rise are completed, than have to brace for some really bad traffic.

It is all a matter of risk and opportunity. Every decision will have a consequence. If it is positive than all the better but if it is negative, than the decision is made by the person with the prevailing information at the material time and i guess an adult will have to live by his decision.

Given the choices around here, i'm pretty sure there are better buys with better reputation developers with perhaps some other unique selling preposition compared to here? As long as we have choices, life is made a lot easier.

Using historical data and track record to judge the future of One Amerin. useful or useless, let the readers judge.
Your vested interest in this project would obviously hear you sing about them in the most cheerful tune so as to create positivity in an otherwise irresponsible and low quality developer behind this.

As you had mentioned rightly, given a small housing estate they also could not sort out the issues professionally and here you are singing and defending them for a yet to complete 400 units serviced apartment? you just caught yourself flat footed like you always did in other threads.

Well, if one developer cannot even make a small housing estate properly.. What do you expect from a full commercial development with residence and mall?

But of course I hope everything goes well and the price appreciate. But then again even if it appreciate you can't really sell as you need to compete with the developer units which they are holding now wink.gif
