I have an unbranded Singaporean set. I am currently roaming on Digi in HK and have yet to receive any OTA update. Anyone with SG unit have received their update?

My L820 has a UK motherboard (after repair at Nokia Care). I am using Celcom; still pre-Portico. No updates available via OTA for me yet. I don't know whether it's due to Celcom or due to the UK motherboard.

Finally got my 1308.0008 firmware update after checking for updates everyday since this month lol. So is this pre-portico or portico update?

Hey guys, any particular reason why I should pay a 100 ringgit more and buy this phone at a Nokia store? Or there's no difference if I buy from a lowyat seller?

just if u buy from lowyat seller ...if something wrong either u find that seller

Sorry but I don't really understand the bolded part. For the warranty if I buy from nokia store or lowyat seller both have to bring to service centre, so it's the same correct? If big problem like faulty unit or battery change I go where?

nokia store got 2 ...1 = Nokia store 2= General Authorize Re-seller ( u still can see the shop is nokia)

if u want to warranty your phone which buy from online seller(even your phone is zitron and avaxx) ..u just can go to gurney plaza ..u cant go to 1st avenue (usually they wont do these stuff)

lowyat seller usually sells both AVAXX and ZITRON set.
If you have a faulty device, you can send it to any nearby Nokia Care service centre.
You could check for the nearest one around you through the link below.

well, just send my NL920 to Nokia care two days ago, with the following issues.
1. Really weak WIFI antenna
2. Battery dying real fast
3. Top+side of phone heating up badly, (like can burn your hand)
4. Dust going into speaker

I guess if I dont get back my phone 5 days after i send in, im demanding a new phone

1.For me the wifi signal is okay. Since i came from n9, which has even worse antenna i guess.
2.As for the battery, yeah, die real fast with 3g on.
3.Heat up as soon as i on 3g.
4.Havent encounter this problem yet.
Overall, it's still an awesome device. Since holding it in lrt feels so special. lol
