Also, do you guys have any problem connecting with your wifi? I got problem with mine, it can't detect my wifi but it able to detect my neighbor's.. I restarted both my 920 and router several times but the problem still persist. There are similar complaints in nokia discussion but there seem no real answer.

The first update will bring your phone to portico level.  Once that is done, check the "phone update" that should then offer you the upgrade to 1308. 

I have done that this morning from pre-portico.  But you must be patient for the upgrade from pre-portico to portico to complete.  The install will be stuck at "Preparing to install 100%" for a good 15mins or more.

I have a 820 which after updated to portico is still with the old firmware. Checking for update again allows me to update again but it's not 1308 and still same firmware version. Just want to know whether 920 users are facing the same problem.

you are not alone. it seems some 820 users in Facebook also complaint the same thing.

Thanks guys.. I don't think it's my router problem cus my laptop can detect my wifi just fine.. My neighbor's house is like 15 meters away, my phone still can detect their wifi but the closest one it cannot. Yesterday it was still ok but this morning suddenly got problem. Sigh..

OT but my office laptop had the same problem. It cant detect my home wifi but other computers at home works fine. Maybe you should try their suggestion regarding the channels.

Did you restart your phone? Seems like OS version is reported updated correctly but Firmware isn't reporting correctly. Maybe another restart can fix it.

Maybe it's just a mistake on firmware no since OS version is actually the correct up to date PR 1.1.5, same as mine. Anyway, check if you have 'Text reply' option in Phone settings. Or 'Keep WiFi on when screen times out' option under WiFi Advanced settings. If you have then you're updated correctly.

Not sure is it Nokia or MS have very bad Quality Assurance testing. 

From the forums on WPCentral, not every L820 user outside Malaysia has got the 1308 firmware yet through OTA update. For example, L820 users in India only started to get it yesterday or today, whereas the L920 and L620 users in India already got it 1-2 weeks ago. Well, at least Portico is updated for now. Let's wait and see - it's probably around the corner.

It's portico, just that the firmware is old. Some functions require newer firmware.
Malaysia got the 1308 for 820 already. I know because I can OTA my father's 820 (it's already in portico) to 1308.
My 820 (pre-portico) on the other hand can only update to portico but the firmware stays the same.

though using 620, but i'd also encounter wifi issues at my home frequently, wifi channel already set to auto.

what i do is i login to router from a computer and refresh/save the wireless lan settings (without changing anything, just the button) and straight can detect again.
