2. Open it
3. Plug in your phone
4. Detected latest ROM
5. Download latest ROM
6. Flash

if failed ..then u need to manual way(normally ppl use that to solve BRICKED phone) ..download navifirm and Nokia Care Suite

unless u really want to try out WP8 ..i would suggest u buy entry level WP and try
