by the way, how's about the management? and the maintenance fees? Mind to share? Heard someone said, buy a condo= buy management, condo judge by management.....

0.25 for management fees bro,
the condo will manage by developer.
you can refer to One Sentul see how is our management~~ smile.gif

Maintenance fee reaching 300 bucks also. Last time everyone said Midfields maintenace fee is expensive, but now every developer matching it.

and 5acre greenery landscaping designed, how does it looks like? within the condo or a new designed landscape can be viewed from balcony?

We got high ground they got lake front.

hmm....its about RM320 per month for maintenance fees....one year about RM4k....can loan for a Viva...HAHAHA!
Anyway, think it should be worth if it is managed well...

Looking forward to your snapshot, haha, I booked a lakeview unit...smile.gif
